AMCIS is an annual gathering of Information Systems (IS) academics and research-oriented practitioners held in North, Central and South America of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) membership. The AMCIS conference has grown to over 1,000 attendees and more than 400 papers and panel presentations. AMCIS is also an opportunity for information systems faculty to meet and review the latest offerings from major vendors, publishers, and suppliers. AMCIS is an annual gathering of Information Systems (IS) academics and research-oriented practitioners held in North, Central and South America of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) membership. The AMCIS conference has grown to over 1,000 attendees and more than 400 papers and panel presentations. AMCIS is also an opportunity for information systems faculty to meet and review the latest offerings from major vendors, publishers, and suppliers.

Colorado State University’s College of Business has been selected as the host school for the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) in 2007. The conference will be held at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center August 9-12, 2007. The location will serve as a unique conference setting for AMCIS. The Keystone Resort Conference Center is the largest resort meeting facility in the Rocky Mountains with more than 100,000 square feet of meeting, exhibit and function space.
