Event Details:

This three-week course, held from 6 pm to 9 pm each Tuesday evening from June 3 through June 17, explores how to make sure you are producing product documentation that is effective, efficient to use, and satisfies your customers. The course is offered with open enrollment, but attendees should have a background in producing product documentation such as user manuals, help systems, knowledge basis, and so forth.
