Does anybody work in a government setting where they are successfully using user centered design techniques? I'm gathering information on how best to implement user centered design structure and principles in a state government setting where resources and budgets are always an issue. I would be interested in knowing what sort of structure is used and what activities are performed along with any other good information you would like to share. Thanks! |
