TheSenior Business Systems Analyst:
* Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from a business and technical perspective.
* Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation.
* Acts as liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.
* Helps build business knowledge within the IT development organization and helps educate business users on emerging technologies.
* Work with business clients to define project scope, high level business requirements and ultimately the detail requirements.
* Document requirements, hold appropriate business reviews and maintain a focus on defined requirements.
* Create screen designs using iRise to facilitate accurate requirements
* Work with technical team on translation of requirements into technical design.
* Work with QC and QA functions to insure proper testing of defined functionality
* Conduct user acceptance testing.
* Mentor junior Business Analysts

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related discipline
* Minimum of 3; 4 years of business analyst and/or project management experience.
* Knowledge of SQL and Coding skills helpful.
* Knowledge and experience in information systems design and analysis as well as familiarity with information systems development cycle and programming tools.
* Ability to work under deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, including technical writing skills.
* Experience working with policies and procedures, project leadership, systems design and maintenance, research, analysis and problem solving, detailed planning, and organization.
* People and listening skills essential.
* Strong Organizational skills
* Strong Presentation skills
