  Description: 
We are seeking individuals with strong Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) skills.
The job responsibilities include:

Leading JAD sessions
Gathering requirements
Conducting Use Case and work flow analysis
Outlining business rules
Developing domain object models.
Experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and OO CASE tools (Rational, Together/Borland) are required. Experience with RSA/XDE/Rose, ReqPro, etc. are highly desired. The candidate should have a strong technical background and possess a solid understanding of Object Theory, UML, and OO programming languages (i.e. Java, C++, Smalltalk, etc.). Experience in Quality Assurance (QA/QE) is desired.

Additionally the candidate will have the added ability to:

Recognize gaps and trends
Visualize the impact of a solution across an enterprise
Understand how a solution will integrate with emerging technologies.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are imperative. This position requires heavy client interaction, business development support, and presentations. 75%+ travel required.
