Here is an example of how you would do a “Check All” checkbox in v6 (w/out page refresh). The studio screenshot provided in the idoc should help you get the idea. NOTE BUG: A 0 is supposed to uncheck, and the 1 is supposed to check, but it’s backwards.
This iRise project simulates an online customer service module for a fictitious banking website called Simbank. Simbank would like to improve their customer service by adding a trouble ticket system. To ensure an accurate specification, business-people and interaction designers created this high-fidelity simulation to validate the steps that various users will encounter when entering and handling trouble tickets.
This project has 3 different roles - customer, customer service rep and customer service manager.
