They discuss what employers and other health care purchasers need to know when launching a new program to ensure it can be subject to rigorous evaluation.
In 2020, CPR released a suite of reform evaluation frameworks (REFs) to standardize evaluations of common health care reform programs, including Centers of Excellence, High-Performance Networks, and Accountable Care Organizations.
